  • Do I need to be home for the installation?
    Nope! No need to be home. We'll take care of everything outside so you can relax.
  • What do I need to get ready for the installation?
    Please don't lift a finger. We would just ask that you have the space cleared of anything you don't want included.
  • Do I get to keep the products?
    No. The beauty of SPRUCE is that you don't have to store any items and you will enjoy a fresh look each season.
  • What if my neighbor hires you as well?
    Don't worry, we will never install the same design elements in neighboring homes. Your block will just be that much more beautiful!
  • What happens if something gets damaged?
    We understand that our designs are exposed to the elements & expect normal wear and tear.
  • What if the fresh botanicals die?
    We carefully choose botanicals that will thrive in our climate & include simple care instructions. Our design team will email you with instructions should inclement weather be in the forecast. Zero-maintenance faux or dried botanicals are always an option as well.
  • Can I request a specific element that I see & love on your website or Instagram?
    Absolutely. A few of our designs are one-of-a-kind, but please feel free to include your request when you check out. We will always try accomodate special requests, if possible.
  • How long does the installation stay up?
    The design stays up for the approximate three month duration of the season. If you opted for the holiday add-on, we will install and/or take down at the appropriate time within the season.
  • What if I need a specific installation date?
    We will always do our best to accomodate special requests, as our availability allows.
  • Are your services limited to residential or can you spruce up my business as well?
    We love working with businesses & believe a spruced-up entry can have a very positive impact on your customers!
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Absolutely. SPRUCE packages make a wonderful gift!
